day five: i’m thankful for workouts (even if i hate them with a passion until after the fact, when my roller-coaster emotions switch to loving them) and neon workout clothes (that make workouts more bearable) and how they improve my mood when i’d rather stay stressed than choose thankfulness. (i am also thankful for run-on sentences and bluebell’s pumpkin ice cream which i may or may not have consumed post-workout.)

    Today I am thankful for books / reading. Reading is my favorite thing to do and I do it a lot! I read history books aloud to my kids at breakfast and lunch time often consists of us each reading our own book at the kitchen table (well, my daughter is just looking at the pictures). Plus we read together before bed and make weekly trips to the library. Reading just makes me happy!

      So fun! That brings back memories of growing up doing the exact same thing. Somehow my computer replaced my book along the way…I think it’s time to switch it up a bit. Hope you’re having a great week, friend!

    I am the same way! I love them after cause I feel great, but before…not so much.
    However cute workout clothes do make it better. :)
