It’s fall, y’all!
Well, not really, but with everyone heading back to school, and Christmas decor marking its second month in Hobby Lobbys across America, here are four resources to help you navigate the transition from summer to fall as effortlessly as a pumpkin spice latte will soon find its way into my hand.
One: A super-easy tip to add a hint of fall but zero chance of heat stroke to your looks.
Add fall colors, like:
- Charcoal gray;
- Browns, and other earthy colors.
Into your outfit.
Pick a printed piece that includes one of the colors, or add a pop of color in an accessory, shoe, or bag. Lightweight winners:
- Breathable fabric;
- A belt;
- Or earrings.
Two: The ultimate teacher’s guide to what to wear (because with school starting up, you need to spend your time and energy on making what matters happen!) Not a teacher? Share it with your teacher friends!
Three: Oodles of fall outfit inspiration.
Quite possibly my favorite Fall Capsule Wardrobe ever.
And four: My favorite vest (that always sells out before I can even get you the details!) is in stock. It’s definitely one of the most expensive pieces I’ve ever bought (this year they’re selling for $78), but I have worn mine hundreds of times and it still looks brand new.
Here are just a few of the ways I’ve worn it:
Now, even though I’ve just encouraged you to start drooling all over fall, go enjoy your summer weekend. ;)
