We’ve talked before about how what you wear affects your mood. If you get dressed for the day, you tend to have more energy. If you stay in pj’s all day every day, seeing yourself in the mirror can make you feel tired even if you’re not.
The same goes with workout clothes. If you’re already feeling intimidated by the gym, wearing paint-spattered shorts and a ratty tee that an elephant could fit in isn’t setting yourself up for success.
