so i’m thinking of starting a little more accountability around here. (writing about the challenge has just been so good for me i want more!) last year, i memorized a Bible verse every 15 days (ok almost. i didn’t quite make every single one.) and i think a big reason i stuck with it is that i posted my bi-monthly pick on Beth Moore’s blog.

this year she’s not doing the memory verse challenge, so i’ve been bad (ok ok just plain horrible) at memorizing. for some accountability, on the 1st and 15th of each month, i’m going to post a new verse that i’ll be working to memorize (or maybe re-posting one that i’m having trouble with). i’d love for you to join me! if you want to get memorizing, just add yours in a comment that day.

here’s a verse i read this morning that jumped out at me. i may chose it for this round…you’ll just have to come back on the 15th and see…

You will keep in perfect peace
him whose mind is steadfast,
because he trusts in you.

Isaiah 26:3

Oh…I think I will take on this challenge…I have been wanting to learn the rest of the NAV verses, anyway! here is my verse! E Pack-Growing in Christ Likeness

John 13:34-35 – “ A new command I give you: Love one another. As I
have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know
that you are my disciples, if you love on another.”
