#365daysofremixing

Today kicks off the February link up for our 365 Days of Remixing challenge, a call to remix your closet to create fresh looks. Show us an outfit, a few, or a whole month’s worth. We want to be inspired by your style and the ways you’re working your closet!

You can also join us on Instagram. Add the hashtag #365daysofremixing to your posts so we can spot your looks. You might be featured on the monthly link up!

Here are a few of my favorites from…

As we head into spring, a cargo vest is a great way to keep layering but ease up on the warmth factor.

Stripes and florals are a perfect candidate for pattern mixing year round.
Add boots or booties for fall and winter; flats or sandals for summer and spring.

Chambray works with everything! If you pair it with jeans, just be sure they are a different color (ie: dark chambray with lighter jeans or a light chambray with dark skinnies.)
I love how Iris paired hers with maroon skinnies and a statement necklace.

A statement necklace is a great way to remix what you’ve got! You can even stay in the same color families (like she did with maroon and denim) and come up with a completely different look.

Alex does a great job at using color and pattern to keep her looks fresh. Leopard and stripes are a great pairing if you’re a little nervous about pattern mixing. If you’re still unsure, use a small stripe that looks like a solid from far away to dip your toe in the water.

Another great trick for pulling outfits together is to borrow from a color family that’s part of a print. It takes the guesswork out of it for you. Love this teal and orange combination!

Well, what are you waiting for? Get your cute selves linked up below. So excited to see your looks!
